The customer support of Amazon Japan is really damn!!

I ordered to reserve the New super Mario bros on Amazon Japan.
But I could not receive it.
So I tried to inquire the customer support of Amazon Japan.
They just replicated to me "We will repayment it." systematically.
But now, it is priced at 6800JPY.
I had reserved it at 4900JPY.
So I contacted they again and show my intention as wait next arrival.
But they ignored my query.
I wasted money to Amazon Japan for years almost 1000000JPY(almost 10000USD) per year.
Am I a good customer for Amazon Japan? isn't it?
They are really f**k!! and damn!!
